"وميض من الماضي" للفنانة زهرة الغامدي هو إبداع تركيبي وقصيدة تتغنى بها زهرة عن خيرات واحة #العلا الزراعية ووفرة نخيلها الشامخة وعيونها المائية المتدفقة التي روتها لعدة أجيال.
يضم العمل التركيبي 6000 تنك تمر معدني بأحجام مختلفة تحتوي على 5 ألوان من الرمال و المرايا على مسافة 80 متراً لتشكل بها نهراًمضيئاً يسلط الأضواء على أهمية #العلا تاريخيًا كملتقى للحضارات لتصبح اليوم مركزاً ثقافياً و وجهة عالمية تجذب الزوار من جميع أنحاء العالم.




Zahra Alghamdi's artwork "Glimpses of the Past" is an ode to #AlUla’s agricultural wealth; its plentiful palm tree groves and springs of water that sustained them.
The art installation resembles a sparkling glowing river with its 6000 tin date containers of different sizes,filled with five different colours of sand and mirrors.
The 80 m long artwork becomes a metaphorical representation of #AlUla’s significance in being a crossroads of civilisations in history and a cultural hub today attracting visitors from around the world.
